J.D. Schramm elevates both individuals and teams to communicate effectively, relate authentically and embrace life fully. J.D. is Lecturer in Organizational Behavior at the Stanford Graduate School of Business where he was recognized with an endowed chair, the Class of 1978 Chair in Organizational Behavior. J.D. founded a core part of Stanford’s MBA program known as the Mastery and Communications Initiative. J.D.’s highly sought-after MBA courses include: Strategic Communication, Reputation Management, Crucial Conversations and Leading Out Loud. He also teaches in Stanford’s Executive Education program for LGBTQ Leaders.

Amy Waninger is CEO of Lead at Any Level LLC, a certified LGBT Business Enterprise.  Amy’s passion is working with professionals who want to take their leadership skills to the next level and organizations that seek to build diverse leadership bench strength for a sustainable competitive advantage. She is the author of several books, including Network Beyond Bias: Making Diversity a Competitive Advantage for Your Career.  Prior to founding Lead at Any Level, Amy was a senior manager in a Fortune 100 Insurance Company where she served on the national leadership team for their LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Group and on an enterprise-wide council to engage men as allies.

Gordon McGregor is the founder and president of McGregor Media, a boutique company that specializes in developing and delivering wellness programming and spiritual events. Dr. Rebecca Johannsen specializes in creating active learning environments, based on techniques used in the theatre, to create opportunities to not only learn the latest in organisational theory, but to put it into practice. She has been working in the fields of emotional intelligence, collaboration, and creativity, as well as working as a public speaking coach, for nearly 10 years.  She holds a Ph.D. in Drama from the University of California Irvine.
 
She has worked with organizations ranging from the fields of Biotech and Communications, to Government, Retail, Military, Education, and Advertising, among others. She is one of the highest rated instructors at the UC San Diego Rady School of Management’s Centre for Executive Education, where she works with business leaders on emotional intelligence, resilience, communication, and collaboration. She has taught at New York University, Fordham University, the University of California Irvine, California State University Northridge, and Mercy College.
